Important Booking Information
  • Double check the date of your appointment, as I often book over a week in advance, especially for In-Home Consults. Office Consults may be available sooner.
  • I will confirm your appointment within 12 hours, and you will receive two emails from me: a confirmation, and an intake form. Please check your Spam and Promotions folders for these emails.
  • If your baby is under 1 month old and having trouble gaining weight, and you don’t see any appointments available within the next week (In-Home or Office), please email me. I may be able to fit you in or refer you to someone who can see you sooner. 
  • If you have multiples, please email me before booking.

Please note that due to the nature of home visits and travel, I may need to shift your appointment time. I will email you if this is necessary.

Payment & Insurance Information

  • I am in-network with Aetna/Meritain and United/UMR, and I am an out-of-network provider with all other insurance companies. Most Massachusetts health insurance plans will reimburse for lactation care. Click here for more information on insurance coverage & reimbursement.
  • If you have Aetna or United insurance, I will bill your insurance plan directly. It is your responsibility to verify that I am an in-network provider for your plan. If your baby does not have Aetna or United insurance, there will be a fee ($50 for Aetna, $100 for United) that is not eligible for insurance coverage; you can submit an out-of-network reimbursement request to their insurance company, but I cannot guarantee reimbursement. I also accept HSA/FSA cards for this fee.
  • A valid credit card number is required when booking any appointment. For self-pay clients, your credit card will be automatically charged 2 hours before the appointment. For Aetna & United clients, your credit card will only be used for the cancellation or rescheduling fee, if necessary.


In-Home Consult Travel Information


I regularly travel to all of the purple areas on this map. If you live in a gray shaded town, I can see you for a $50 travel fee; this fee is ineligible for insurance coverage or reimbursement.
