Important Booking Information
- Double check the date of your appointment, as I often book over a week in advance, especially for In-Home Consults. Office Consults may be available sooner.
- I will confirm your appointment within 12 hours, and you will receive two emails from me: a confirmation, and an intake form. Please check your Spam and Promotions folders for these emails.
- If your baby is under 1 month old and having trouble gaining weight, and you don’t see any appointments available within the next week (In-Home or Office), please email me. I may be able to fit you in or refer you to someone who can see you sooner.
- If you have multiples, please email me before booking. There is an additional fee for multiples due to the need for a longer consult.
Please note that due to the nature of home visits and travel, I may need to shift your appointment time. I will email you if this is necessary.
Payment & Insurance Information
A valid credit card is required for booking all consults; I do accept HSA and FSA cards. Self-pay clients will be charged the full fee 2 hours before the consult. For in-network insurance clients (Aetna/Meritain, United/UMR, or Cigna), your card will only be used if one of the following applies: Home Visit Convenience Fee, cancellation fee, rescheduling fee, or (rarely) cost-sharing applied by the insurance company.
All In-Home Consults are subject to a $50 Home Visit Convenience Fee. You can avoid this fee by booking an Office Consult. All prices listed when booking, below, include this fee. I accept FSA & HSA cards for this fee.

I regularly travel to all of the purple areas on this map.
Home visits may be available in grey shaded towns for previous clients or for those who have a referral from another provider (pediatrician, doula, therapist, bodyworker, etc.); please contact me directly before booking at a grey town home visit, there will be an extended travel fee.
